Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If a scan doesn't surface a real, citable finding on your server, email contact@synthrek.com and we'll refund it.

How often does Monitor re-scan?

On every Claude model release, plus a regular refresh cycle in between. You get an alert only when your pick-rate actually moves.

Is my data private?

We read only your public tool definitions. No execution, no credentials, no live traffic.

Which model do you test against?

Claude (Opus 4.x class). The exact version is shown on every report and leaderboard.
